Having been known to turn any circumstance into song, it was no surprise when video-game-wont DJ epH fell in love with the music program within the SNES game, “Mario Paint” (1992). His ears became thrill seekers, and a new hoppy was born. During the summer of 1997, DJ epH discovered a PC program which was like a 15-carrot version of the SNES music program of his kit years. With greater control came greater possibility. Encouraged by a loved one, he excelled.

After a tumultuous adolescence, DJ epH had stored enough feeling to produce his first full-length album of music. It took years of collaboration to define and refine a preliminary style with which to best represent his musical journey. “2.4” (2009) is a succinct introduction to this artful virtuoso. A humble altricial beginning, a vibrant juvenescence, and a clarified implementation of self-expression can all be heard... on the debut album from The Carrot Factory.
